Power Smoothie
This recipe can be made with any combination of fruits and veggies and non-dairy milk, but these are my favorites and work well to create a delicious and nutritious power smoothie perfect for any time of the day.
8 oz. Good Karma Unsweetened Flax Milk
1 cup Mixed Berry Almond Yogurt
1 cup field green (or spinach or kale)
1 cup organic strawberries and blueberries
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 organic banana
Flax seed
1 Tbs Purium Love Super Meal
1 cup frozen organic black cherries
Blend and serve!
Power Breakfast Sandwich
2 slices of Dave’s Killer Bread (or other whole grain, organic bread)
2 organic eggs
Tomatoes or other vegetables
Avocado, Hummus or Salsa
Field Greens
Toast bread while cooking eggs
Add olive oil and seasoning to pan. Then crack eggs into pan.
Eggs can be fried or scrambled to suit your taste
Add chopped tomato, field greens and other veggies to taste
After bread is toasted, chop and spread avocado, hummus or salsa on bread
Top with egg and veggie mixture

Sweet Potato, Mushroom, Basil Soup:
organic vegetable broth
one whole scrubbed sweet potato
chopped portobello mushrooms
Bag of frozen, organic veggies OR
2 whole organic chopped carrots
2 whole organic stocks of celery
½ cup chopped scallions
½ cup chopped white onions
a few asparagus tips
whole basil leaves
organic Italian seasoning
organic ground garlic & sea salt
Can add organic, frozen COOKED chicken
Just chop & throw it in the pot!
Simmer on low for 1-2 hours. Then mush up the sweet potato and serve!

1 can drained organic garbanzo beans
1 can drained organic black beans
½ cup chopped asparagus tips (or green beans)
1 red, 1 yellow, 1 orange peppers, chopped fine
1/2cup chopped cucumber with skins
¼ cup chopped sweet onion
½ cup chopped tomatoes, or cherry tomatoes
¼ cup grated cauliflower
½ cup chopped celery
Sprinkle of sunflower seeds, or pine nuts
2tbs extra virgin olive oil
2tbs balsamic vinaigrette
Italian seasonings (parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary)
(or for quick dressing: Newman’s Own Organic Tuscan Italian!)

Blue/Raspberry Rush:
1cup Almond or Flax Milk
½ cup ice
½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
½ cup frozen or fresh raspberries
½ banana
¼ cup chopped cucumber
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ cup organic field greens
1 Tbsp ground flax seed or wheat germ
2Tbsp Purium Lov SuperMeal or organic plant protein
