You really taught us a lot about eating healthy, exercising and basic defense tactics. In school, whenever someone refrains from eating a cupcake or some candy we always say ” oh Mrs. Hammer would be proud lol”. Now I have a gym membership and I do pilates, yoga, spin, abs workout, and when I have off from school I go to a body sculpt workout with my mother in the morning. I also make myself banana kale smoothies here and there. I always remember what you said about posture and how it affects your breathing. About the #2 pencil, the palm strikes, the kicks etc. Your strength and positive energy truly inspired me for the better, thank you :).

After following Linda Lang’s progress, I was inspired to give personal coaching another shot. I did not do well with the last crack at One-to-One Coaching. This is such a different experience. Let me give you a quick example of the heart Andrea puts into what she does. I have a very hard time actually swallowing any kind of protein/health shake. It is a texture issue with me. Andrea was so determined to find a solution, she invited me to her home on a Saturday for a free private session and opened her kitchen and made shake after shake of different ingredients and powders till we hit on one that I could not only tolerate, but actually love! THAT is a WOW. She has been advising me on nutrition and also on different ways to enjoys healthy foods that are palatable and ‘real world’, the choices I make are so different now.
Joining this Coaching program, my goal was not necessarily weight loss, but better ‘wellbeing’. Andrea has instructed me in desk-side exercises (LOVE my Spin-Gym!), got me to march on a trampoline (with a little help on the balance part)and to work-out on the Total Gym. As a ‘side-effect’ of her physical and dietary efforts, I have lost 10 pounds (official on my Doctor’s scale this week) in the last 3 months! I am so ‘JOY-FULL’ about that.
She has me moving in ways that Doctors and Therapists have told me I would never move again. It is so empowering!

My experience training with you was a very positive one. It was just the motivation I needed to get back to a program of taking care of myself.
